Married for 45 years and a mother of 2 married sons,  I am blessed with a 4 grandchildren, many friends and colleagues.  My life carries the fullness of love, loss, triumphant survival and personal transformation. My love for the environmental landscape and gardening allows me to pursue my love of art and design and creating healing spaces and Soul Energy Environments.

WCCO radio (Minneapolis, MN) dubbed me "The Soul Doctor." The "Warrior Sage" and "Wa-she-ta" are names given to me by the Native Americans, and the Universal Masters, teachers and associates of the transformational healing network. As "The Soul Doctor" I facilitate classes and workshops called "Soul Gatherings," bringing like-minded seekers together to share in the awakening of the soul's purpose.

As a guest on WCCO and KDWA radio and Channel 6 Cable TV, I have shared my joys of being "The Soul Doctor" with many.  The media has offered me many news articles and magazine coverage.  I enjoy writing the columns for the Edge and TC Wellness and other spiritual media.
